Stay was mostly chill
I spent 2 nights and my room was clean and comfy. Had some trouble with staff not really being helpful when I needed a functioning fridge for meds. The pool was crowded with serious swimmers, so not great for relaxing. On the bright side, the in-room breakfast was solid!

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant architecture and spacious lobby, which made it accessible and welcoming. The hotel's staff were attentive and accommodated my requests, ensuring a comfortable stay in such a central location, perfect for exploring Sydney.
More accessible seating options by the pool would help.

Too many popped-up issues, like my mini-bar being empty and out of drink options. Also, hearing the elevators zooming all night next to my room felt more like a theme park ride than a restful stay. The shower had leftover hair from the last guest, which is never a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was closed upon arrival, and despite close proximity to eateries, you'd expect better communication about dining options.

cozy, cozy, cozy
The Deluxe King Room was a luxurious retreat, with a cozy yet spacious layout that made us feel right at home! 🌟 The breakfast spread at the brasserie was delightful, especially the perfectly cooked omelets and rich coffee. Lastly, having access to the executive lounge for a relaxing glass of wine in the evening truly capped off our stay!
totally recommend ❤️❤️
